Beta terms

These terms set expectations for early access to Big Map. By using the private workspace, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that the product is still being developed.

Beta service

Access is invitation-only, may be limited or withdrawn, and is provided for evaluation and feedback. Features, coverage, storage, and availability may change during the beta.

Parcel data is not professional advice

Public parcel records may be incomplete, delayed, generalized, or incorrect. Always verify boundaries, ownership, value, zoning, permitted use, and other material facts with the relevant public authority and qualified professionals before making decisions.

Your workspace

You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping account access secure. Do not upload unlawful material, highly sensitive personal information, credentials, or content you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive rates, reverse engineer credentials, or use the product to violate law or another person’s rights.

No warranty

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use it at your own risk and keep independent records of information that is important to you.

Feedback

You may provide feedback voluntarily. Big Map may use that feedback to improve the product without obligation to you.

Changes and termination

These terms may change as the beta evolves. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms. Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the service or other users.
